The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, returns, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Associate also performs inventory counts, operates warehouse equipment safely, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This position works closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure orders and inventory are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect and process return grills, parts and accessories in accordance with company policies.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders using internal systems and FedEx/UPS portals while coordinating with departments.
  • Receive, stage, count, sort, and accurately store inventory items, utilizing proper labeling and reporting protocols.
  • Conduct physical and cycle counts of inventory and warehouse supplies to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Replenish, stock, and rotate inventory following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rule.
  • Attach appropriate identification labels, tags, or markings to pallets, cases, and individual items within the facility.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of inventory through proper documentation, including receiving, shipping, and inventory adjustments.
  • Operate all necessary equipment in a safe and professional manner.
  • Forklift certification required, with experience operating stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers/order pickers.
  • Support facility projects and general workplace needs, including office moves, furniture assembly, workspace setup, and backup custodial support as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and business needs.

What you bring to the role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes
  • Familiarity with cycle counts, inventory documentation, and FIFO practice
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred; certification may be required based on assigned duties.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal inventory and shipping systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Location: Onsite Chino, CA M-F, 8:30-5:30
